Kindly note:

• The Peel Aldergate reserves the right to change the accommodation without 24 hours notice of cancellation.
• Accommodation provisionally booked can only be held for 24 hours, confirmation must be received within this period to secure bookings.
• We require 24 hours notice of any cancellations.
• If you have to cancel within 24 hours of your reservation and we are unable to re-let the room, you will be charged the full cost of the accommodation booked.

I think it says something when you can still rave on about a meal ten days after the occasion and both Alison and I thought the evening was fantastic. I don't think I could pick a favourite course as they were all unique in their own right, but I loved the fillet of steak with wild mushrooms- but then again, I do like a good steak!!'
